2. Refund Policy
• All payments made to GrowthX are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Once payment is processed, you are expected to complete the consulting service.
• Refund requests based on dissatisfaction, lack of results, or failure to implement strategies will not be entertained.
3. Cancellation Policy
• Due to the nature of this consultancy, we do not allow cancellations once the service has been booked.
• If you are unable to continue with the program, you may reschedule within a specified timeframe, subject to our availability.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded or credited towards future sessions.
